I have suffered from painful periods since I was 14. I have had allergic reactions to most medications I have taken for my condition. I finally found a herbal solution to my problem. Premensa has been a life saver for me! I used to suffer from chronic period pains in my lower back and front. I spent 3 of the 7 days curled up in a ball on my couch. I couldn't go out because I could barely walk and missed a lot of school as a teenager. I fell behind in my classwork and it also affected my social life. My mother never allowed me to take medicines as she believed the body heals itself. I've never taken panadol or advil in my life before. When I started going to university I left home and could basically do whatever I wanted. I was free to take whatever medication I wanted. Thank you so much for Premensa! I can't tell you how much it's helped me. Each time I would start my cycle I would have bad diarrhea and nausea. I could hardly eat anything and even the smell of food would make me dry heave or throw up. My boss even said once that if I didn't get it under control I'd be out of a job. To whom it may concern: My girlfriend, Carolyn, had PMS so bad she could hardly walk when it was that time of month. Whenever I was due to have a period I would be in so much pain that I would ball up in the fetal position in my bed and wait it out. I would snap at my husband for no good reason. Dear MicroNutra Health, my name is Samantha. My cramps would get so bad, I'd have to miss at least one day of school every month. My grades were suffering.
